This diet plan, which allows to take 1000 calories in a day, would help you losing weight very quickly. We know that these diet programs are notorious but they contain healthy menu indeed, and they are very useful when you use them for a week before another program.

Dehydration is one of the dangers of low intake in any weight loss program. That is why in most diets it is recommended to drink 8 – 10 glasses of water every day. It is a good idea to drink so much, because your body will be well-hydrated. Your body will flush out fat that it holds.
